Our commitment

HPSD Studio creates focused mobile applications for everyday use. This policy explains how information may be handled across our apps, services, and support channels.

Clarity

Clarity is a minimal, offline-first todo app. Your tasks stay on your device unless you sign in; when you sign in, only your tasks are synced to support access across your devices.

How Clarity works

• Without an account: tasks, due dates, settings, and notification schedules are stored on your device using local storage. No account or HPSD Studio server connection is required.
• With Google sign-in: tasks are synced through Supabase database and authentication services so your devices can stay aligned.

Data Clarity processes

Stored on your device only

• Task titles, due dates, completion state, and creation or update times.
• App settings, including reminder delays and offline mode.
• Notification schedules. Reminders are computed and delivered entirely on-device; reminder content is not sent to a server.

Sent to Supabase when you sign in

• Your Supabase user ID and the email address associated with your Google account.
• Task sync rows: task ID, title, due date, completion flag, and creation or update timestamps.
• Access is restricted per user through row-level security, so you can only read and write your own rows.

Sent to Google when you sign in

Google OAuth uses your email scope to authenticate you. Google's Privacy Policy also applies to this sign-in process.

What Clarity never collects

• No location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
• No advertising identifiers, ads, sale, or rental of data.
• No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

Permissions and why

• Notifications: to show due-task alerts.
• Alarms and reminders: to fire reminders at exact due times, with inexact scheduling if permission is denied.
• Run at startup: to restore reminders after reboot or update.
• Vibrate: for alert haptics.

Data retention and deletion

Local data is deleted when you uninstall Clarity. Synced data remains in Supabase until you delete your account or request deletion. To request deletion, email harrypsd25@gmail.com. Deleting the app alone does not delete server copies.

Security

Sync traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Server rows are isolated per user. No method is 100% secure, but Clarity minimises exposure by requiring no account for local use and syncing only your task list.

Children

Clarity is a general productivity utility intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children and contains no age-inappropriate content.

How we use and share information

We use information to operate app features, maintain reliability, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, understand performance, and improve our products. Information may be shared with service providers that help us host, secure, or support our apps, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Where an app provides controls, you may review, edit, or delete information through those controls. You may also contact HPSD Studio with privacy questions or requests.

Government affiliation disclaimer

Maargam is an independent, privately developed utility application. This app does not represent, and is not affiliated with, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) or any government entity.

Maargam data source

The bus schedule and routing data displayed within Maargam is sourced from the official General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) datasets published publicly by the Government of Telangana Open Data Portal.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
